The fabrics, always made of natural materials, whether we’re talking about silk or wool, are selected with extreme care – or woven to order with Finollo Company’s original designs in very limited quantities (a maximum of 8 ties per pattern are obtained) to guarantee even more Exclusiveness to the Product.

Famous and now part of the Genoese tradition is the monochrome tie with the embroidery of one’s initials, either in letters or in the form of flags from the International Nautical Code.

In addition to the well-known tale of the genesis of the Windsor knot in front of the mirrors of our Via Roma Boutique in Genoa, it is of great prestige (especially in International Diplomatic circles) the knot that bears the name of our Firm, currently sported by politicians and celebrities worldwide.

It is a medium sized knot, which is developed by previously making a half turn to secure the tie, to be followed by a simple knot. It can be worn tight or slightly softer, depending on the person’s taste.
