We are
Finollo.

Our historical shop sign in Via Roma 38r, Genova – Work recognised by the ministry of Culture as an example of Liberty Style.
The long history of Ditta Finollo dates back to 1899 thanks to inspiration, the genius, and the fine taste of our founder: Emanuele Finollo.
Today, now well into our family’s fifth generation, we decided to open Ditta Finollo’s Online Boutique to offer to all of our loyal Gentlemen the quality of Made in Genova shirts and ties – with the option of personalising the products both in colors and with the addition of our Handmade Embroideries.
Finollo guides you in making every moment a special one!

Every single detail of our Via Roma Boutique holds part of our history: since 1899 we’ve been preserving small fragments of Ditta Finollo’s existence with love and care, as a testimony of a legacy that is now unique and distinctive.
A tradition that was built over years and years of hunting for the best quality, always at the service of our beloved clients, to bring them satisfying products every time.

We have always respected the tradition of what was built by adding – with each Generation – something new: harmony, in Fashion as in architecture, always goes hand in hand with Beauty.
Ditta Finollo’s uniqueness can be found precisely in its historical value, and the capability of its owners of handing down the Taste that has now become Tradition: a legacy that not many can afford.

The interior spaces of our Boutique at 38r Via Roma, Genoa, adorned with refined Art Déco décor.
Finollo is a perfect metaphor for Genoa, its discreet character, its love for silences and witty laughter… The typical predispositions of the Genoese soul, which looks at the British style and reworks it according to the Italian style.
Ditta Finollo’s uniqueness can be found precisely in its historical value, and the capability of its owners of handing down the Taste that has now become Tradition: a legacy that not many can afford.

Much more than
a Boutique.

Finollo in Genoa is a unique architectural treasure — a symbol of Italian Liberty style in Northern Italy.
The history of Ditta Finollo is intertwined with the heyday of the Belle Epoque!
Even the doors, handles, interior furnishings, and ceiling stuccoes were made as an authentic expression of the Art Nouveau style.

Our sign and entrance have become enduring symbols of the Liberty Style in Genoa — protected by the Fine Arts Commission and referenced in encyclopedias. One of the most important paintings of Northern Italian Art Nouveau, by a world-renowned artist, depicts the very entrance of our Boutique in Genoa. A truly indelible connection.”
Over the years we have been able to enhance this Art Nouveau heritage of ours, which has always been one of the added values for the distinctive style of the Finollo Boutique on Via Roma.

In a fast-paced world in which every moment is punctuated by commitments in rapid succession, it does not seem possible that there is a reality where instead of the path of mass production one has had the courage to be unique.
Pursuing the far more strenuous but decidedly more rewarding path of artisanal production.
Indeed, in the Via Roma Boutique, one has the feeling and perception that the secrets of artisan production have been preserved, handed down and made contemporary.
For us, it’s always a matter of time.

The signature Finollo packaging, a timeless classic from Genoa
Ditta Finollo has been able to renew itself while holding close to its values, never ceasing to be a paradigm of elegance.
The more than 120 years of history and furnishings that recall bygone eras take us back to a world where the time devoted to attention to detail is not wasted.
This is why the objects that come out of our workshop, the result of skill, inventiveness, attention and patience, are considered unique and unrepeatable.
