Our special tie for the Palio of the Ancient Maritime Republics: congratulating the crews on their victories!

On the occasion of the Palio of the Ancient Maritime Republics, Finollo has created a special tie dedicated to the mayors of the historic cities. This symbol of handcrafted elegance, created to celebrate a tradition dating back to 1955, embodies the seafaring spirit of Genoa, Pisa, Venice and Amalfi.

The tie, made with the usual sartorial care, is a tribute not only to the history and prestige of the Maritime Republics but also to their present, represented by events such as the Palio. This year, Genoa’s triumph was absolute: the men’s crew won its third consecutive victory, while the Genoese rowers dominated in the women’s race, leading from the first strokes. A victory that made La Superba once again queen of the sea!

We are proud that on this occasion our tie can symbolize tradition and victory: a tangible sign of the greatness of the Maritime Republics and in particular of Genoa, European Capital of Sport 2024.
